About the Agnes Lofts

The Agnes is a dramatic mixed-use loft apartment building that combines a 15 foot tall "glass box" restaurant space at its base with 24 double-height open-plan living units above. The building was designed by Weinstein A|U and won a 2008 AIA Commendation Award.  The project is located at the crossroads of the Pike-Pine corridor & neighbors the acclaimed Chophouse Row complex.

The Agnes is named for our dear friends, the late Agnes ("Aggie") and Reginald ("Reggie") Washington. They owned and operated our properties along 12th Avenue for more than 30 years before they sold them to us in 1999.
