About the Agnes Lofts
The Agnes is a dramatic mixed-use loft apartment building that combines a 15 foot tall "glass box" restaurant space at its base with 24 double-height open-plan living units above. The building was designed by Weinstein A|U and won a 2008 AIA Commendation Award. The project is located at the crossroads of the Pike-Pine corridor & neighbors the acclaimed Chophouse Row complex.
Unit sizes at the Agnes range from approximately 680 - 990 sf. All units are double-height lofts. All units include a master bedroom and bath on the mezzanine level, and a powder room on the main floor. Larger units have additional main floor space that can be used for home office or guests. Rents range from approximately $2,200 - $3,400 per month. View Floor Plans (PDF).

The Agnes is named for our dear friends, the late Agnes ("Aggie") and Reginald ("Reggie") Washington. They owned and operated our properties along 12th Avenue for more than 30 years before they sold them to us in 1999.
